My own breast cancer journey inspired me to join with Spring and Inspiring Life Together’s mission of supporting women along their treatment path. Being retired grants me freedom in my day to help others, and I am honored to be a part of inspiring hope in other women. I have a large support system which includes my daughter and son, each of whom have given me a grandchild. I enjoy spending my days surrounded by my family.

Treasurer
I am a social worker by trade and for the last 20 years have been in administration. I currently am the Executive Director of an agency in Philadelphia that services children and families with emotional/behavioral challenges and those with developmental delays and autism.
Like many others, I have known many women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Spring was inspirational while she was going through treatment and her resolve and grit were remarkable. She attributes a lot of that to her village that helped her and her family through the fight. Some women and families don’t have that support and I wanted to be a part of that village to help those that need it.

Intake Manager
I met Spring, founder of ILT, while taking her class at the local Gym and followed her Breast Cancer journey through Facebook. I remained in contact with her all along and volunteered to help one of her Women during their battle. That led us into the conversation based on my background and experience, that I would be a good fit for the Organization and the Board. . This came at the perfect time in my life as I was looking for an organization where I could volunteer and here it was 🙂
I have over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare Management Industry and currently work with a team of over 70 Care Coordinators, Social Workers and RNs who care and navigate the care of patients after Hospital Discharge and continue care all over the United States. I am lucky and honored to have the opportunity to serve those who are in need of support.

Webmaster & Tech
Nicholas A. O’Neil has Asperger’s which is part of the Autism Spectrum Disorder. He enjoys being on the computer either editing a video, creating a website, or researching what He’s interested in. He’s a Christian who is saved by God’s undeserved grace. God has been so good to him because He loves him and He has a plan for him (Jeremiah 29:11). Nick is a better person today than he was yesterday. He’s not better than anyone else and he is learning that he is nothing without Jesus.
Nick is grateful to have a mother, father, and grandparents who love him and support him. He is also grateful to have known a sister who always tried to put up with him. She’s always in his heart and he thinks about her every day. Nick learned that his mother and father would do anything for him and his sister because their loving parents and they love their children. It’s the same for God too. God would do anything for him and his sister because He’s a loving God and He loves His children. His sister passed away but, he believes there’s hope to see her again.

I’m a widow, mom of four amazing kids, life coach, podcaster, motivational speaker, model, breast cancer thriver and advocate, ballet instructor, and soon-to-be-published author.
In March 2021, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and nine months later my mom was diagnosed. I met Spring in December 2021, shortly after finishing active treatment and finding out about my mom’s diagnosis. The universe knew exactly what it was doing! I was immediately inspired by her energy and the work she is doing. Fast forward three years, and I’m proud to be an ILT volunteer! -
Administrative Lead
DJ/Sound Engineer
I came to know Spring by volunteering for a small event they were having. Once I was there, I got to meet her and really see what the organization was about and I was hooked instantly.
I wear many different hats in life. I run and own a DJ entertainment business, I’m a radio veteran of Philadelphia & NY while still doing freelance radio work on the side. In addition I work with adults who have autism and other multiple disabilities.
When it comes to ILT I serve as an Administrative Lead over seeing everything we have going on. In addition, I serve as the sound engineer and DJ for many of our events providing music and sound.
Overall, it’s a blessing to Volunteer and Serve on this team with these amazing people. We are always looking for great volunteers so make sure you reach out and let us know how you would like to help! -

Founder Spring Williams and I are former colleagues so when she asked me to join ILT I reflected on her own breast cancer journey and recovery and couldn’t say no! I hope I can help in some small way to support these courageous women. My educational background is in teaching and learning, but I come from a family of artists so what small talent I inherited I use to make greeting cards to send to the sister clients to let them know they are loved and thought of often.

As a survivor of Invasive Lobular Carcinoma, I feel giving back is my way of keeping a positive outlook on life while helping others. I met Spring while taking spin classes at a local gym and followed her cancer journey while at the same time going through my journey. I also volunteer with Project Chemo by crocheting granny squares used to make blankets for chemo patients.

I am a Card Writer and supporter of ILT. She's been touched by a family history of Breast Cancer and is thrilled to be able to support Mothers as they live with and fight this disease.
I am a runner, hiker, Peloton fan, and avid reader. Right now, I am devouring cozy mysteries and personal development books. I enjoy time with my husband, Jay, and son, Daniel, and mornings, giving belly rubs to our pet cat, Lucky.
